Hello and Welcome!

I was born and raised in the small town of Buckfield, Maine. I spent the first half of my adult life climbing the corporate ladder in data analytics and statistical modeling. From the outside, it looked like success - but internally, something was missing. After years of checking all the boxes on the conventional life “to-do” list, I found myself not fulfilled, but empty.

I had become consumed by constant doing - running from feelings of depression, shame, guilt, and sadness. I coped by numbing and distracting myself with alcohol, work, food, and the material world. I was always chasing the next thing my mind convinced me would finally bring happiness.

Eventually, the emptiness became impossible to ignore.

I made the decision to walk away from my career and begin a journey in search of something deeper - true joy, genuine fulfillment, and a life that actually felt aligned. Not what society said happiness should look like, but what felt real to me.

That path led me to breathwork.

It didn’t take long before something shifted. The sense of relief, clarity, and connection I experienced is hard to put into words. The closest I can describe it is like seeing color for the first time. For the first time in my adult life, I truly felt alive.

In that moment, I knew this was something I needed to share.

For years, I had tried to “fix” the symptoms - through talk therapy, medication, exercise, meditation, and positive affirmations. While all of these have value, none addressed what was happening beneath the surface. What I came to understand is that my nervous system had been stuck in survival mode for most of my life.

I wasn’t broken - my body was simply trying to protect me.

Breathwork was the first practice that allowed me to work with my nervous system instead of against it. It helped me regulate, reconnect, and finally begin to heal at the root.

Life will always have its challenges - but it isn’t meant to feel like a struggle every single day. As a society, we’re beginning to recognize just how deeply the nervous system impacts our physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

That’s why everything I offer is centered around helping you regulate your nervous system and come back into your body. Because lasting change doesn’t come from managing symptoms—it comes from creating safety and balance within.

Breathwork gave me my life back. It put me back in the driver’s seat.

And now, it’s my purpose to help others experience what it feels like to truly be alive.
