    In your first session, we’ll take the time to go over where you’ve been, where you’re at now, and what you’re hoping to get out of this. It’s a slightly longer session so we can get to know each other and make sure this feels like a good fit for you.

    From there, each session builds on the last—keeping things simple and practical while helping you feel a little more steady, clear, and at ease over time.
